Purple Sweet Potato and Taro Pancakes 🥞

Per Serving: 431 kcal | 38g Carbs | 53g Protein | 8.5g Fat

Recipe:

  • 30g oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of @marswhey purple sweet potato and taro flavored whey protein powder
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 egg white

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until well combined.

  2. Pour the batter into a frying pan.

  3. Cook each side for about 60 to 90 seconds (it’s recommended to use medium-low heat to avoid burning).

In the video, I used sugar-free maple syrup, but you can also spread jam or nut butter on top—both taste great!
