Shipping Areas

MARS Proteins currently offers shipping services to our clients in Singapore and Malaysia. Before placing your order, please ensure to provide the correct address and contact number.

Shipping Fee:

After selecting your items, MARS Proteins will automatically calculate the shipping fee for you, which will be displayed in the order information section of your shopping cart.

Inspection and Receipt:

Upon receiving the goods, please check that the packaging is intact, and the packaging box has the MARS Proteins special seal. If you find damaged packaging, incorrect products, or other order issues, please immediately notify the delivery personnel, refuse to accept the goods, and contact our online store customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. Please do not open or damage the original packaging or the product itself.

Remarks:

Normally it will take 5-8 days for client side to receive the goods, while in some situation, there can be delay in some situations(weather conditions, emergencies or other factors).
Besides, if you do not receive any message or notification after 8 days of ordering, you may contact MARS Proteins team to keep track on the delivery status. We will always try our best to help.
