High-Protein Banana-Shaped Cake 🍌🧁

Banana Cupcake Ingredients (Makes 5):
- 1 packet of Mars banana protein powder (35g)
- 1 egg
- 20g vegetable oil
- 1 large banana (135g)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients (Makes 5):
- 150g 1/3 less fat Crystal Farms cream cheese
- 20g erythritol
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mash the banana and set aside. Combine the low-gluten flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
2️⃣ Whisk the egg and oil together, then mix in the mashed banana. Add the protein powder and stir until smooth with no lumps.
3️⃣ Sift the remaining dry ingredients into the egg mixture and stir until smooth. Evenly pour the batter into 5 cupcake molds.
4️⃣ Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool after removing from the oven.
5️⃣ Soften the cream cheese, then mix with the erythritol using a manual whisk until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag and chill in the refrigerator.
6️⃣ Finally, use a knife to level off the tops of the cupcakes. Pipe decorations on top, attach candy eyes, and insert Oreo cookies for decoration.
