Return Policy
Return and Exchange Policy:
- Exchange: Product exchange is not accepted. To save you the waiting time for product exchange, we fully adopt a "return-only, no-exchange" policy. If you need to exchange a product, please process the return first and then place a new order to repurchase.
- Return: If the product you received is defective or does not match the product you originally ordered, please contact customer service within 3 days to discuss return matters. Returns will not be accepted if the above conditions are not met.
- Important Notes for Return/Exchange: Returned products must be in their original condition, i.e., they must be restored to the exact state you received them in.
- The following circumstances may affect your return eligibility: You have been provided with an opportunity to inspect the product before receiving it.
- The product is damaged, lost, or altered due to other reasons that exceed the necessity of inspection or are attributable to you.
- If you have received a physical invoice, please return it together with the product when processing the return.
- Please properly pack the returned product using the original carton provided by the delivery vendor. If the original carton is lost, please use another carton to wrap the product’s original packaging (do not directly stick paper or write on the original product packaging). Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging is damaged.
- After you apply for a return/exchange, please proactively obtain a receipt from the freight staff and keep it until the return/exchange process is completed, for the convenience of future inquiries.
- Refund: If you need to cancel an order and request a refund due to an incorrect order placed by yourself, all resulting fees shall be borne by you.
