High-Protein Mango Lassi 🥭

Servings: 2 | 445 kcal | 30g Carbs | 45g Protein | 16g Fat

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  1. 1 packet of Mars mango-flavored protein powder
  2. 250g milk
  3. 100g Greek yogurt
  4. 80g diced mango

Instructions:

1️⃣ Peel and dice the mango, then set aside.
2️⃣ Add half of the milk to the protein powder and whisk quickly with a manual whisk, then add the remaining milk and mix until smooth with no lumps.
3️⃣ Add the Greek yogurt to the protein mixture and whisk quickly until well combined.
4️⃣ Finally, mix in the diced mango and enjoy!
