Recipe 3 - Purple Sweet Potato and Taro Pancakes 🥞

Recipe:
- 30g oats
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 packet of @marswhey purple sweet potato and taro flavored whey protein powder
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg white
Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients together until well combined.

Pour the batter into a frying pan.

Cook each side for about 60 to 90 seconds (it’s recommended to use medium-low heat to avoid burning).
In the video, I used sugar-free maple syrup, but you can also spread jam or nut butter on top—both taste great!
