High Protein Matcha Soft Cookies 🍪🎄

Recipe:
- 20g monk fruit sweetener
- 20g hot water
- 20g melted butter
- 45g oat flour
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 35g @Mars matcha-flavored hydrolyzed whey protein
Instructions:

Start by dissolving the monk fruit sweetener in hot water.

Add the other ingredients and mix to form a dough.
If the dough feels too dry, you can add a tablespoon of almond milk or water. -
Roll out the dough to a thin layer.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes and place decorations on top.

Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 10-15 minutes.
